2003P-1DER-037T, stage B MDS, 020% on motto and cornice. Die break on forehead, nose and on column 4. URS-2.
Today I found another of this same coin which was attributed by BJ Neff for me a few days ago. This has all the markers the same as the first one.
My pictures are not nearly as good as BJ's, but I think they will get the error across.
