It is the correct 1988 reverse, so no luck there.

Close, but the absence of the lower serif on the G and the length of the upper arm of the G both point to this being RDV-005. When I first looked at it, I thought you might have something there (perhaps aided by the power of suggestion), but when I read BJ's reply, I was reassurred. The other thing that made me look twice was the appearance of what looks like a serif on the inner portion of the G. (Shadow or plating?)
