Had to look around but I knew I had a photo of about the same MDD.
Strike/mechanical doubling damage. -

Read quite a bit in the CONECA Forum about Strike Doubling . Quite a bit of going back and forth between factions. Some seems to love 'em depending on the degree.
I have never really "collected" them except when I find one like this ....
