    1976-p ddo

I can't match this DDO to the ones on Coppercoins or the one on Billys CD. The extra thickness in the date looks like 001 but the curved letters in LIberty and the E in WE don't look the same.

It's a class vi but I don't have a way to look up anything on my iPhone
    Nice find!

Most definitely a strong class 6 for the date. Well worth an in hand exam for inclusion into the filing systems.

It looks like the one Billy posted. I believe he has it listed as CDDO-001. Here's the link to that thread.

It is the one that Billy is showing in that thread but if you look on his CD the coin on it is the one Jason posted in that same thread the die markers are the same. I think the coin on the CD is different then the one in his thread. Thanks for the LINK Jody.

It looks like WDDO-002 in the Authoritative Reference on Lincoln Cents on page 235.

Bob has two 1976's listed on coppercoins.
                  1DO-001 is from the author
                  1DO-002 is mine

The one in the DVN, Issue #21, Pg 31, Feb 2011 (CDDO-002) (WDDO-001) is my example.

The one in this thread looks to be different from my find/listing. Keep us posted. CONGRATS!!!

Bill if this goes out I would like to shoot it - I am working on my Class VI tutorial and I like that LIB on your coin. LMK

A DDO appealing to my eyes. Nice find.
