I found this beauty yesterday searching through that same brick. At first I was surprised to see a 62-D in such excellent condition, then when I looked at it closer I noticed the mint mark appeared to be repunched west of original D. There is what I believe to be machine doubling on the date, LIBERTY and motto.
I was comparing mine to the RPM 1962D-1MM-001 D/D East LDS. Mine appears going West almost in the same fashion. I apologize about the crudity of the photos which don't do it justice. I assure you that there is something there, though. I will try and take some more (better) pictures if my equipment allows me to do so.
