At least it appears to be an RPM to me. Tried lining up a couple that looked closest but they were a bit off the mark. Plus I really don't see anything on CC quite exact to it.

Yes, that is a tough one. It does look similar to others that are listed for that date. Have you checked your coin against the 1988D-1MM-023? That is the closest (but not exact) match that I can see. If not, hopefully its a new one.

Yes, I did overlays with 020 and 023 because they looked the closest but neither were a match.
