    1953-s rpm

Looks sort of like RPM #24 but is farther from the 5 and also tilted more forward.

How about late stage 11 or 17? Perhaps with a weak strike?

This one is tilted CW while #11 is tilted CCW, and #17 is farther from the date. Both are similar but positions are wrong.

My eyeballs are not as precise. Well, I'll keep trying. Thank you for the response.

Definitely not in the CONECA files. Maybe it is Wexler's WRPM-035?

Sorry if I sounded rude. I appreciate your looking through the files, as I often overlook an attribution, which is why I am posting these here. I had to look at #11 and #17 carefully and compare flipping back and forth to my photo to determine that the positions were different. It's not so easy even after years of practice doing attributions! So thanks for the help in trying to attribute this one...Ray

Not rude at all. You were just pointing out things I could not see because I am so new at this.

I love the die break in the 9. It is a die break, isn't it?

It's a die chip. A chip is missing die metal and the copper flows into that area. In a break, the metal is still there, just displaced a bit.

I don't know why, but I have a soft place in my heart for die chips and this is a nice one.
