These are incredibly rare in my experience. I have found 1 in all my years of searching. Of course, the '60-D small dates are common, but certainly not the Philadelphia version! Excellent score!!
Shannon, nice find from circulation! I was at an estate auction this past weekend where there were two older Lincoln Cent folders that were to be sold (1909-1957). There was a cent in the slot for the 1960 SD but I didn't have my loop with me to confirm it. There was less than half of the holes filled and that was the only one I wanted, but the two folders went for over $50. Guess I'll have to find one in the wild like you just did. Congrats on a very tough pull!! Bill
I agree the small date Ps are quite scarce. I ended up purchasing a BU example and I still have never found one in circulation in any condition! I have found several D small dates even though 95% of the coins I search are P. That's a nice find.

Nice find and pretty scarce in circulation. I found a few, but that was back in the late 60's and early 70's. You can still buy them for a few bucks in unc, but I'd guess they were hoarded pretty heavily so there is a good supply.
