    Misaligned, Off Center, or What

I ran across this and in my pursuit to build a example archive.. What error would this be referred as?

The rim seems beveled twice or double-rimmed?

Is encased an official error term? Any value to a 1925-S with this?

It is a term used for coins damaged in this manner to become is a lot of cases a marketing tool such as the one I posted.
It would be a damaged coin.
