Exactly what I was thinking when I saw it. Wexler lists another one, WDDO-001, which is in the ARLC 2nd Ed. We've been keeping our eyes open for that one.Rock

It's not a plating blister. It could be some sort of die anomaly. I don't think it has anything to do with a clash. And it is not WDDO-001. If anyone finds another I would like to see it so I might be able to pin down what it is or what it isn't.
