1995-d clash ???

It appears to be a second set of steps sideways 1995-d..I don't know much about clashes so this will be my very first one if so.It sure looks it to me..

Appears to be die damage. There is nothing on the obverse that would make a clash mark like that.

Looks like it could be feeder finger damage.

As Bob pointed out it looks like feeder finger damage which usually run from S/E to N/W.
