Looks like it. Do you see any trace? No trace is what they desire.
I opened a OBW about a week ago of these out of the 50 I found 7 with no trace of Initials.
These are collectable. Value I haven't heard much. If I remember right these are assigned a number.
Hope someone will give it a look and knows more about them.

See what you did. I had to research this better. There is FS 901 No FG and some have sold for good money. I also think it's in Cherry Pickers. Here is a example of one sold.
GreatCollections offers thousands of PCGS, CAC and NGC certified coins and PCGS and PMG certified currency each week in auction.

Nice I have couple of at least MS64+ Reds and 5 or so 63's great.

It seems like an easy find for the price

This is another coin that folks don't quite know why it is listed in the CPG. It is a simple matter of abrasion, but as others have noted, there must be NO trace of the initials in order to be considered the CPG variety. There are many, many different dies where abrasion has been done, but light remnants still remain. Those are not worth any premium.

I think the 1970-d should be listed also as a No FG

Amen. I have a '71D that should also be listed.
