You'll have to have much better pics for us to determine if it is an RPM. It takes a little practice and we do have a photography sub forum to help you out, keep it until you are better able to show what you see.

For pictures I use a clip on macro lense on my iPhone. They can be purchased at Walmart for $10. Not sure if they will fit a tablet but for the price it's a nice alternative to spending a lot of money for a camera.
