I have had this one (and a dozen of his brothers) for quite some time. Due to exhausted current material, I started looking at some of my put asides. After a few more days of pondering, I can't place this one among any of the CC or Wexler filed examples. Thought I'd shout for some help. Thanks.
PS. The chip in front of the eye is only on this example.
You really have a rare one if the rev. image is correct, LOL I will take a closer look later when I have time.

It does not look like VV uses tilted as a description after looking at other years, or for the 1961, They always use a direction only in their descriptions.

I really do not like the term "tilted" to describe these. It should be "rotated." "Tilted" means something completely different.

Position looks OK for RPM#40. I find those in streaks, I.E. find a few one week then six months later another roll of them. Looks like I have stages A,C,D in my set so welcome to the 61-D's!!!
