Found this 1951 D/D at the coin show too. I'm still trying to figure out which RPM this is.

Took mine out and it appears to be #23. Though both RPMs are EAST , #9 secondary MM MM appears to be a tad to the South where #23 seems dead on east . It appears to be an UNC. If you get any die markers pics pass 'em along. THE RPM Book does not have much on #23. #9 has alot of data..Lincoln Cent Variety EnthusiastComment

From the position of the D it does look more like #9 than any of the others in the RPM Book. Except, your coin is in better condition and I see a vertical bar inside the D. This makes me think it could be 1951D 1c RPM#10 D/D East, RPM #10a.
Just another thought about the possibility.
