1940 D/D North I believe.. RPM-002 or 003..

Looks to be a 1940 D/D RPM-002 (as the 003 MM sits a little further to the west and on a different angle in rlation to the date.)

Looks like that 40-D had a little mishap. Any way ... here is a pic of RPM-002 Brown Unc.

If you would like, my records indicate I have a few BUs and can dig 'em out and post another pic or two...

I'd agree with RPM#2 position is correct...
