    A tale of two 1944-D DDO-001's

This is a die that has always alluded me. Such a nice class VI and that paddle tailed 9 is out there !
A while back I got the chance to trade for a very pretty unc. example and last week I scored another from a bag of wheats.
Sometimes , when it rains it pours in a good way.

      Super paddle on that 9.
More like a kidney bean! That MS one has nice colors.

Another case of them making very similar ones, big paddles a few years in a row, 43-44-45.
