    Mouth Dropping drooling coin find!!!!!

I wasn't planning on posting for a while but this is worth mentioning. This is the Holy Grail of 1930s and to top it off its a beautiful Woody. After all these years I finally found something noteworthy. All the coins I'm looking through came from circulation and that's it. This was in my kids collection of wheats I'm going through make sure I didn't miss anything. Well to get to the point here it is and photos of markers. I think my head is clear now .

Life is not about greatness but on the impact of good onto others. It is a matter of how much one shines. Explains why I like shiny coins.

Here's a better photo showing where it's at.

A hard variety to spot and to photograph. Especially with this grade coin.
That being said I'm just not seeing it.

So sad ... My reverse consumption engine was a broken fuel gauge ... gonna look at coins now. John

Look at copper coins bud then do an overlay of everything. They all match. The hardest part is the fact it's a Woody it makes it even harder to capture.

I'm not saying it's not, because it would be hard to photo on a woody.

But I have 2 problems with it.
First off, I don't see it, I do see a possible line below the 3 but not enough to convince me it's raised or the same although the position looks right.
Second, you are matching the lines near the eye and on the reverse, I see something but not enough to call a definitive match plus the motto on yours shows a lot more deterioration towards the rim than the CC coin so I'm not sure they would still be there. The raised line between R-U should show but from your pics I'm not sure if it's a match.

That said, if it is a match and it's really hard to show in pics, then that needs to be in a holder because it would be quite a find! I hope it is.

It is the DDO. The weird marker that is a dead give away on this ddo is the odd looking nub thing on top of the supposed doubled nine. In the MDS there are alot of odd bubbles that are on coin. In LDS the bubbles and odd marks literally take over. The reason its so scarce is because you practically cant see it in LDS unless you know exactly what to look for to a T.

One other thing is under 1 a die marker and under 4 two die markers. Those match too. Also I can show you a match of Wexlers die markers on this coin too.

                        Jacob,

Earlier you invited people to do an overlay. Here is the CONECA Stage C plate coin.

This is one of three I sent to Wiles. He called two of them Stage C, LDS. The PCGS coin he called Stage C, VLDS.

Here's the PCGS coin if you want to see it for comparison.

Here is my own photo of the doubling under the date on the Stage C plate coin. I invite you, Jim, or anyone else who wants to do an overlay to do so and publicly share the photos on LCF.

You invited me to do an overlay. You can draw your own conclusions.
