Came across this coin on ebay and figured I'd go ahead and snag it as a BIN. Not labeled as a DDO so a sweeter deal all around.
It has some circulation wear on the date somewhat accentuating the "smeared 0" and the fat 9 -- It still shows some decent details. Appears to be about stage C with the "partially-skirted R" and the die chips in the B of LIBERTY [arrows in the obverse pic].
