1990 LINCOLN CENT WITH SOME DIE MARKERS ON OBV & Strong die crack on rev passing through the I in united to upper left cornice then down to the 4th column.
Wexler has some good pictures on site, mine SUCK!!

Thanks for the extra pics, but I do not see any hub doubling. The crack at the corner of the memorial is quite common. Let's see what others say.

I do see what made you look twice, Ken.....but it's not a match to Wexler's....especially the doubling on the date
