1942-D/D RPM#9 or #10?

Here is a real teaser for you guys..
I believe it is #10 by the way the mintmark position,""top Serif" points towards the tail of the nine. Has anyone seen these marker's or has an attributed copy????? Sorry it's light, pic through 2X2....

The coppercoins die markers are the same as RPM 9 in LDS.

Yep I agree, I went back and checked my #9... It's weaker but same coin... Shucks I thought I filled a spot I needed.... Another one for the web Page....
