Patrick - It is Lincoln cent, 1961D-1MM-001 (WRPM-001, CRPM-001 & RPM-001). However, it is not tilted but a vertical mint mark over a horizontal mint mark. There are two more instances of this occurring; the 1909S-1MM-001 and there was another which I cannot remember off the top of my head, although it was another vertical D over a horizontal D.

Thank you all for your replies, and yes it is a TOUGH find. I looked at several of the 1961-D's and this is the only one i have ever found.
