One coin, two lighting angles.
After checking all the reference books and sites I am able to find I cannot determine if this reverse anomaly is a listable doubled die. On the DVN cd book I can find a doubled rotated looking column similar to this, but my coin appears to have the doubling at a more southern location.
Please let me know if you have one like it and where I can find it for attribution purposes.
