    60-D rpm

Found this a couple of weeks ago, but had to wait to get a new toy to take pictures with.

    Thanks for looking.

Nice RPM 1, the boldest RPM in the entire series and the only RPM to earn 5 stars on Coppercoins.

          Yep.....

I found it in a $25 box of pennies from the bank.

The CC 5 star has been known for years as the "Perfect Parallel D"

Billy Crawford's book refers to this RPM as to what is known in the hobby as ...the "Perfect Parallel D". Six die stages are known for this variety which include 2 DMRs.

Here is a picture of one I found in a dealer bin of 1959 - 1975 Whitman penny books. Have found lots of varietys in old penny books. Been meaing to bring home the 1917 DDO found in this same manner, though a different coin shop. Never leave any source unchecked is my motto. Wanted to snap some photos of that 17 DDO before it gets slabbed, and will post.
